Build Customer Surveys

Surveys help you gather valuable feedback from customers. Create NPS surveys, satisfaction surveys, or custom questionnaires in minutes.

Creating a New Survey

  1. Go to Surveys in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Survey
  3. Choose a template or start from scratch
  4. Add your questions
  5. Configure settings
  6. Click Publish

Survey Templates

Start faster with pre-built templates:

  • NPS Survey - Measure customer loyalty with Net Promoter Score
  • Customer Satisfaction - Rate overall satisfaction
  • Product Feedback - Gather feature requests and feedback
  • Testimonial Collection - Request customer testimonials
  • Review Request - Ask for G2, Capterra, or Google reviews

Question Types

Available question formats:

  • Rating scale - 1-5 or 1-10 numeric ratings
  • Multiple choice - Select one or multiple options
  • Text response - Open-ended answers
  • NPS - 0-10 likelihood to recommend
  • Yes/No - Simple binary questions

Survey Settings

Configure your survey behavior:

  • Thank you message - What respondents see after completing
  • Redirect URL - Send respondents to a specific page
  • Response notifications - Get emailed when someone responds
  • Anonymous responses - Allow or require identification

Distribute your survey via:

  • Direct link
