Does it work in group channels and team chats?
Yes. The Surva.ai bot works in personal chat, team channels, and group chats. You can add it to your marketing or growth team channel so everyone can run visibility checks together.
What data does the Teams app access?
The app only accesses your Surva.ai account data - your tracked prompts, brand visibility data, and competitor information. It does not read your Teams messages or files. It uses your Teams identity only to authenticate you.
Can multiple team members use it?
Yes. Each person connects their own Surva.ai account to Teams. If you are on an agency or Scale plan with multiple brands, each user can access their own brand dashboards.
Are the AI responses generated by Surva.ai?
Yes. The bot uses AI to summarize and present your live Surva.ai data. All AI-generated responses are labeled in chat. Visibility data is based on periodic sampling and may not reflect real-time results. To report an issue, email support@surva.ai.
